MESCIUS inc. (Headquarters: Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture; President: Yasuhiro Ono) hereby announces that it has decided to terminate WINEstudios business, which has been supported by customers for many years, as of June 30, 2025.

This decision was made as part of our efforts to optimize the allocation of management resources and restructure our business portfolio in accordance with our medium- to long-term business strategy. In particular, given the limited synergy between this business and our core operations, we have decided to terminate the business in order to prioritize overall consistency and sustainability across the company.
