BASIC POLICY ON THE ELIMINATION OF ANTISOCIAL FORCES
MESCIUS inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") has established a basic policy on organized crime groups and other antisocial forces (hereinafter referred to as "Antisocial Forces") and will have no relationships with Antisocial Forces whatsoever, and its officers and employees will observe this and strive for the maintenance of sound corporate activities.
1. Cooperation with outside experts
We will cooperate closely with lawyers and other outside experts and respond appropriately as an organization to prevent damage by Antisocial Forces in advance.
2. Severance of relationships with Antisocial Forces
We will have no relationships with Antisocial Forces whatsoever, including business relationships.
3. Rejection of unreasonable demands
We will not comply with unreasonable demands from Antisocial Forces for any reason whatsoever.
4. Prohibition of backroom deals and the provision of funds
We will not engage in backroom deals or provide funds, etc., to conceal the truth even if unreasonable demands from Antisocial Forces are due to misconduct concerning the organization, officers, employees, etc.
5. Civil and criminal legal responses in emergencies
We will respond resolutely as an organization to unreasonable demands from Antisocial Forces and other emergencies, prioritizing the safety of officers, employees, etc. We will deal with matters strictly as required, including civil and criminal legal measures.
6. Response as an organization
We have established clear grounds in internal regulations concerning the elimination of Antisocial Forces, have made this known within the organization, and will handle Antisocial Forces as an organization overall, including top management.
Request for business partners
Please represent and warrant to customers that "you are not Antisocial Forces" in all transactions with the Company. Please understand and cooperate with the gist of this policy.
